Typographical error: If the printout does not match the order, it will be reprinted and delivered to the customer according to the delivery method in the order itself within 24 hours of discovering the error. The typographical error will be photographed along with the order number and sent within the first 14 days from the date of the order to support@balvira.com, and a response will be made as soon as possible.
Delay: If the order exceeds an additional 24 hours beyond the time shown when ordering, the amount will be returned to the customer’s wallet in addition to free delivery of the order (does not include large orders and does not include external shipping orders)
Receipt: If the customer does not receive his order within 72 hours from the receipt points, the company does not bear responsibility for the loss of publications.
If a date has been set to deliver the shipment with the customer and a representative is sent for delivery at that time and there is no response from the customer or he is not present, the shipment is delivered to the nearest receiving point and a text message is sent to the customer and the delivery amount is not returned.
If the order is not printed and the customer has the possibility of cancellation, the customer has the right to recover the amount, and the money will be refunded only through the original payment method in the order.
The customer does not have the right to cancel the order if the status of his order is changed from waiting to processing (after 20 minutes as a minimum)
When it is discovered that any document requested to be printed does not conform to what was mentioned in the terms and conditions, the order will be canceled from the platform and the amount will be returned to the wallet.
